Electrical Project Manager

Looking for an experienced Project Manager with over 20 years dedicated to the successful delivery of electrical substation projects. This role demands a seasoned leader capable of overseeing all phases of complex substation developments, from design aspects to Procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, industry best practices, safety regulations, and quality standards specific to high-voltage infrastructure. They will be responsible for defining and understanding project scope, developing detailed schedules and budgets, managing risks and issues proactively, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Project Manager will lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies. A strong track record of managing large-scale, high-value substation projects is essential, along with proven expertise in contract handling, change management, and resource allocation.

Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and project management methodologies. This individual will be a key driver in ensuring the efficient and reliable expansion and modernization of electrical power infrastructure.

Project manager position is substation site based and as per specific project requirement.
