Electrical Site Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Site Engineer to join our team for building construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, be capable of interpreting engineering drawings accurately, and demonstrate an engineering mindset to identify, analyze, and resolve site-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electrical installation works on site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Read, interpret, and coordinate electrical shop drawings, IFC drawings, and coordination drawings.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and local authority requirements.
• Act as both a Site Engineer and QC Engineer, conducting inspections, preparing inspection requests, and ensuring compliance with approved materials and installation standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines to resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Monitor site progress and provide technical support to the site team.
• Identify clashes and propose practical engineering solutions before execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures throughout the project.
• Prepare site reports, material requests, and daily progress updates as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings and electrical systems.
• Excellent engineering mindset with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in precast building projects is highly preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
