Electrical Site Engineer - Saudi Talent

Group AMANA is a regional leader in design build, specializing in industrial construction. This role supports the Project Engineer in executing electrical construction works within the assigned timeline, productivity targets, quality standards, and safety regulations - in line with project specifications and approved drawings.

Responsibilities
  • Support the introduction of new construction methods, equipment, and technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Operate within an environment that encourages effective logistics planning, resource utilization, and productivity measurement.
  • Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, and Foremen/Superintendents to ensure optimal allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure timely submission (within 48 hours) of all site related documents, including: Material Delivery Notes (with authorized signatures and ID numbers), Master Labor Cards, Daily Activity Reports, and any other reports required for project control and monitoring.
  • Prepare and submit material and equipment requests as needed for project execution.
  • Enforce strict compliance with safety rules, regulations, and company safety policies among all site personnel.
  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications, drawings, quality requirements, and project timeline.
  • Monitor and control material and equipment wastage on site.
  • Track labor attendance, analyze productivity, and report any variance.
  • Assist the Electrical Manager/Project Engineer in preparing and maintaining "look ahead" work schedules.
  • Update site progress reports for the Planning Department on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain site conditions and overall image in accordance with company standards.
  • Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, including project photographs and status summaries.
  • Translate project schedules into detailed daily and weekly work plans for site supervisors.
  • Maintain a digital photo database for documentation and marketing purposes.
  • Conduct daily coordination meetings with site supervisors to plan current and next day work activities.
  • Record and document all site changes for inclusion in As Built Drawing.
  • Have strong ability to read and interpret MEP drawings (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
  • Support in training, mentoring, and developing personnel within the Electrical Department.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical construction and project execution.
  • Preferred Background: Experience in industrial and commercial facility projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills; good understanding of electrical systems, site safety, and project coordination.
