Electrical Site Supervisor

We specialize in electrical and MEP installations for commercial, residential, and mixed use developments.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor who can take ownership of on site electrical activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for supervising installation teams, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and maintaining strict compliance with project specifications and local regulations.

You are not just monitoring work you are ensuring quality execution, solving problems on site, and keeping projects moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision
Oversee daily electrical installation activities including cable routing, panel installation, and system connections

Team Coordination
Manage electricians and technicians on site and ensure work is completed according to schedule

Quality Control
Inspect electrical works and ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards

Project Coordination
Work closely with project engineers, contractors, and other trades to avoid delays and conflicts

Safety Compliance
Ensure all site activities follow safety regulations and company policies

Reporting
Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to project management

What We Are Looking For

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation or MEP projects with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, load distribution, and site execution practices

Certifications
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Communication Skills
Ability to coordinate with multicultural teams and report clearly to management

Regulatory Knowledge
Familiarity with Qatar construction standards and electrical safety regulations is preferred

Mindset
Detail oriented, proactive, and able to handle pressure in a fast paced site environment
