Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to supervise electrical maintenance activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily electrical maintenance operations.
• Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently.
• Lead and mentor electrical technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor electrical system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, reports, and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support mobilization activities by preparing teams, resources, and schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems and MS Office applications.
• Experience in facilities management within the GCC region.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and supervise teams effectively under pressure.
