Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Supervision & Leadership

· Lead, supervise, and schedule work for electricians and electrical maintenance staff.

· Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion of electrical jobs and preventive maintenance.

· Provide technical guidance, on-job training, and performance feedback to the electrical team.

Maintenance & Operations

· Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.

· Ensure proper functioning of transformers, generators, motors, control panels, distribution boards, and PLC-based systems.

· Conduct root cause analysis for electrical faults and implement corrective & preventive actions.

Compliance, Safety & Documentation

· Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and company SOPs.

· Maintain records of maintenance activities, job reports, spare part usage, and equipment history.

· Ensure implementation of Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and other electrical safety procedures.

Project Management

· Support electrical installations in new projects, expansions, and equipment upgrades.

· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments for project execution.

· Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material requirements.

Inventory & Resources Management

· Maintain adequate stock of electrical spare parts, tools, and consumables.

· Evaluate vendor quotations and support procurement of materials and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education: DAE in Electrical Engineering
✅ Experience: 2 to 3 years of supervisory-level electrical maintenance experience (industry-specific experience preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
