Electronics Engineer Incharge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Electrical Incharge to oversee all electrical operations, maintenance, and installations at our facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted power supply, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the electrical maintenance team.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
• Ensure smooth operation of electrical machinery, control panels, and distribution systems.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
• Coordinate with mechanical and production teams to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain all electrical documentation, including drawings, maintenance logs, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.
• Manage electrical spare parts inventory.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and utility companies when needed.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: DAE / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years (for DAE) or 2–3 years (for B.E) in industrial or plant electrical maintenance.
• Industry Preference: Printing & Packaging, Manufacturing Industry.

Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and control panels.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with generators, transformers, and motor controls.
• Good leadership and team supervision skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Awareness of electrical safety standards and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
