Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing and executing electrical site activities across Low Voltage & ELV System. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with QA/QC standards, project specifications, and approved schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage electrical work crews to ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of Low Voltage & ELV System. , and electrical Earthing & lightening systems.
• Ensure full compliance with QA/QC, safety procedures, and project requirements.
• Prevent wastage and misuse of materials, tools, and equipment through proper monitoring and control.
• Review and interpret method statements, drawings, and procedures to ensure accurate implementation.
• Plan and organize daily site activities to align with project timelines and priorities.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, safety officers, and other disciplines to maintain smooth workflow.
• Coordination between MEP services and civil services on site.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship quality and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site-related technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and submit daily progress and manpower reports for management review.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical supervision within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV, ELV, Earthing systems, installation standards, and safety codes.
• Proven ability to manage teams, plan work activities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
