Key Responsibilities:Maintenance & Operations
- Supervise and lead the electrical maintenance team during routine and emergency tasks.
- Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems, power distribution panels, motors, breakers, and control equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and timely repair of electrical machinery.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Maintain proper logs of maintenance activities and energy usage.
Machinery & Equipment
- Inspect and maintain plant equipment such as kilns, compressors, generators, motors, conveyors, and production lines.
- Ensure proper installation and commissioning of electrical machinery and control systems.
- Ensure calibration and functioning of sensors, PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) – Electrical / B.Tech preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in electrical maintenance (manufacturing/industrial plant experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of motors, panels, VFDs, PLCs, and industrial automation.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot complex systems.
- Leadership skills and ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Understanding of plant safety practices and energy management
