Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Maintenance & Operations

• Supervise and lead the electrical maintenance team during routine and emergency tasks.
• Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems, power distribution panels, motors, breakers, and control equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and timely repair of electrical machinery.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Maintain proper logs of maintenance activities and energy usage.

Machinery & Equipment

• Inspect and maintain plant equipment such as kilns, compressors, generators, motors, conveyors, and production lines.
• Ensure proper installation and commissioning of electrical machinery and control systems.
• Ensure calibration and functioning of sensors, PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) – Electrical / B.Tech preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in electrical maintenance (manufacturing/industrial plant experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of motors, panels, VFDs, PLCs, and industrial automation.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Leadership skills and ability to supervise a team effectively.
• Understanding of plant safety practices and energy management
