Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead daily FM operations, supervise technicians, and ensure safe and efficient functioning of electrical systems across the facility. The role includes troubleshooting, maintenance supervision, compliance monitoring, and reporting to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Team Leadership

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electrical and MEP technicians.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and on‑the‑job training to team members.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and support emergency coverage across MEP systems.

Electrical Systems Maintenance

• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and monitor:
• LV panels
• SMDBs / MDBs
• MCC panels
• LCP panels
• UPS & Battery Systems
• Solar Power Systems
• EV Chargers
• Generators
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for repeated breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with UAE electrical regulations, client FM requirements, and HSE procedures.
• Enforce proper PPE use, LOTO practices, and safe work guidelines during maintenance.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate daily activities with MEP engineers, supervisors, vendors, and contractors.
• Resolve technical issues arising during installation, maintenance, and emergency operations.
• Monitor job progress and provide daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance, inspections, breakdowns, and corrective actions.

MEP System Awareness

• Maintain foundational understanding of HVAC, plumbing, FA/FF, and BMS systems to:
• Ensure seamless FM operations
• Support emergency situations
• Facilitate multi‑discipline coordination

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in FM/MEP maintenance supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and FM environments.
• Experience supervising technicians in a multi‑discipline team.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
