Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment
Troubleshoot faults in motors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, and production machines
Maintain and repair electrical panels, wiring, MCCs, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and control systems
Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, utilities, power distribution, and plant infrastructure
Read and interpret electrical drawings, mechanical layouts, and schematics
Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime
Maintain maintenance records, logs, and checklists
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory regulations
Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment
Identify improvement opportunities to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
