Electrician

Job Summary

Villacare Plus is seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician to carry out electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works in residential villas across Dubai. The role requires strong technical knowledge, adherence to safety standards, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in villas
• Handle lighting, power sockets, DBs, switches, dimmers, and wiring works
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, short circuits, and power failures
• Carry out preventive maintenance and safety checks
• Install and maintain fans, water heaters, pumps, and small appliances
• Support installation of smart switches, sensors, and basic automation devices
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Ensure work complies with DEWA regulations and safety standards
• Prepare service reports and update work status
• Communicate issues and solutions clearly to supervisors and customers

Requirements & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience, preferably in villa maintenance
• Good knowledge of single-phase and three-phase systems
• Experience working with DBs, MCBs, RCCBs, and earthing systems
• Understanding of basic electrical safety practices
• Physically fit and able to work at heights when required

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• UAE driving license
• Experience with villa communities in Dubai
• Knowledge of smart home systems
