Job Description

BITS Secure IT Infrastructure LLC is looking for skilled and hardworking Electricians and ELV Laborers/Workers to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will support installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical and ELV systems across commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, termination, and testing of ELV systems including:
• CCTV
• Access Control
• Structured Cabling (LAN/Fiber)
• PA Systems
• SMAT/TV
• Intercom Systems
• Carry out basic and advanced electrical works as per drawings and site instructions
• Cable pulling, dressing, trunking, conduit works, and panel connections
• Troubleshoot faults and support maintenance activities
• Follow site safety rules and company procedures at all times
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to complete tasks on schedule
• Maintain tools, materials, and work areas properly

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Electrical or ELV works
• Basic knowledge of ELV systems and electrical installations
• Ability to read simple drawings and follow technical instructions
• Physically fit and able to work on sites
• Experience in UAE projects is an advantage
• ITI / Diploma / Technical certification is a plus (not mandatory for labor roles)

Preferred Skills

• CCTV & Access Control installation experience
• Fiber splicing or structured cabling knowledge
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Team-oriented and disciplined work attitude
