Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our team, specialising in Emergency Lighting Systems. This role involves installation, maintenance, testing, and fault-finding of emergency lighting systems across a range of customer sites. You will be part of a professional, safety-focused team delivering high-quality electrical services.

Salary: £18ph

Location: North East Region

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday 8:30-17:00ph

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of emergency lighting systems
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
• Accurately complete digital reports and documentation using handheld devices
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional attitude
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of the wider team
• Follow company procedures and health & safety requirements at all times

What You'll Bring:

• City & Guilds 2367 or 2357 in Electrical Installation, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• 18th Edition (BS7671) Certification – Requirements for Electrical Installations
• Full, clean UK manual driving licence
• Minimum of 2 years’ demonstrable experience working as an electrician
• Strong safety-focused approach when working with customers and colleagues
• Confident using IT systems, including handheld tablets and digital communication tools
• Collaborative, communicative, adaptable, and proactive mindset
