The purpose ofthe role:
As a CBRE Electrician, you will inspect,repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assignedfacilities. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services jobfunction. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance,and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee electrical and lightingsystems' general operation, repair, and maintenance.
• Perform new installations ofequipment.
• Check, repair, and replace functionalcomponents of electrical and lighting systems. This includes valves, motors,controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers,cores, and pipes.
• Assure that equipment is beingmaintained and operating in a safe manner.
• Review historical maintenance recordsto create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide efficient and reliable serviceto customers.
• Apply general knowledge of standardprinciples and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solveroutine problems.
• Have a broad knowledge of own jobdiscipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviorsthat are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
• Impact the quality of own work and thework of others on the team.
• Work primarily within standardizedprocedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information to othersin straightforward situations.

• RelevantElectrical Qualifications
• 18 th edition
• Test and inspect
• Level 2&3Electrical
• Completion of aformal apprenticeship program preferred.
• MasterElectrician license required as dictated by local electrical codes.
• Valid Driver'slicense required.
• Meet the physicalrequirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbingstairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.
• Understanding ofexisting procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability toanalyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriatejudgment and precedents.
• Strongorganizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced mathskills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Ability tocalculate intermediate figures such as percentages discounts and commissions.
