Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician cum Plumber to join our site team. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work independently on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, DB connections, and basic panels.
• Execute plumbing installation and maintenance of water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, valves, pumps, and accessories.
• Read and understand electrical and plumbing drawings, layouts, and site instructions.
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective troubleshooting for electrical and plumbing issues.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance works.
• Ensure that all work complies with UAE regulations, authority standards, and company quality requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades to complete tasks on schedule.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in proper working condition.
• Follow HSE guidelines, use PPE, and maintain safe working practices at all times.
• Report daily work progress and material requirements to the site supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Electrician cum Plumber in the UAE or GCC.
• Good knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems and plumbing installations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to work under site conditions.
• Basic communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
• UAE experience and immediate availability preferred.
