Electrician - EV Chargers (Subcontractor)

As an Installio installation partner, you will join the UK's fastest-growing renewable installation network and get to work installing EV charge points in your local area, focusing purely on installations - we handle customer communication, design, documentation, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compliant EV charge point installations in your local area
• Carry out testing, commissioning, and customer handover
• Collaborate with your installer team to complete jobs efficiently
  
• Document work through our installer app (photos, test results, sign-off)

Qualifications

Required

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certificate
• Test & Inspection Certificate (2391 or equivalent)
  
• EV charging installation training (NICEIC EV or manufacturer-specific)
• Your own van, tools, and insurance

Nice to have

• Manufacturer-specific EV charger training
• Ability to complete groundworks / cable runs or manage subcontractors who can
• Experience with load management, CT clamps, and smart metering integration
