Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and procure raw materials, components, and services as per company requirements.
- Request and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, and process purchase orders.
- Track deliveries and ensure timely inward and outward movement of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase, stock, dispatches, and delivery schedules.
- Support inventory management and help in warehouse coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Required Skills:
- 1–4 years of experience in procurement and logistics.
- Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of dispatch, transportation, and warehouse processes.
- Good communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in ERP or procurement software.
- Exposure to electronic or manufacturing industry supply chains.
- Basic understanding of import/export documentation.
