Electronic Test and Validation Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that electronic products and systems meet quality, performance, and reliability standards through rigorous testing and analysis hardware design for real-time control applications in the power generation industry. You will work with a cross-functional, highly skilled team to create and improve a state-of-the-art platform for use in every kind of power generation application, including wind, solar, battery storage, gas, steam, and hydro-electric.
Essential Responsibilities
As the Test and Validation Engineer, you will:

Engage in new product introduction, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing hand-off.

Interface with Contract manufacturer to establish processes and support qualifying SKUs for engineering.

Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and protocols based on product specifications, including electrical, functional, environmental, and reliability tests.

Create and build custom hardware and software setups needed for testing, including designing test boards and fixtures. Conduct physical and functional testing in a lab using specialized equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and environmental chambers.

Troubleshoot and resolve defects and failures during production builds

Contribute to process improvement.

Validate the design from functional, thermal and precompliance view.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor / Master in Electronics, Electronics & communication Engineering or equivalent.

3+ years of experience in developing and executing detailed test plans, procedures, and protocols. Product Development life cycle including system and Sub-system Design. Design for Manufacturability & Reliability, Technical Regulations, and standards.

Proven analytical and organizational ability.

Effective problem identification and solution skills.
