Electronics Engineer- Solar Appliance

Job Title: Electronics Engineer (Solar Appliances)

Location: Hyderabad, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in Lithium Batteries, Inverters, and Solar Appliances.
• Repair, replace, or recommend solutions for faulty components.
• Prepare detailed reports and video demonstrations on technical faults.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to customers regarding their complaints.
• Maintain proper records of service cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the Head Office for training, escalations, and process updates.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Electronics and Solar Energy Systems.
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in installation, troubleshooting, or repair of Solar Appliances.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics.
• Prior exposure to Solar Systems and Lithium Batteries is required.
