Job Title: Electronics Procurement Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and procure electronic components, PCBs, semiconductors, connectors, sensors, and related materials from domestic & global vendors.
- Review engineering BOMs and coordinate with R&D / Production teams to understand component specifications and procurement needs.
- Identify reliable suppliers, obtain quotations, perform cost analysis, and negotiate pricing & commercial terms.
- Create and manage purchase orders, monitor lead times, and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor lists, and price databases in ERP systems.
- Monitor market trends, component availability, and price fluctuations, especially for critical electronic parts.
- Evaluate supplier quality and support vendor audits, qualification, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for material tracking, import documentation, and inventory maintenance.
- Resolve supply chain issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
Qualifications:
- B.E / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / EEE / ECE or related field
(MBA in Supply Chain / Logistics preferred)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in electronics procurement or supply chain
- Knowledge of electronic components, distributors, and semiconductor suppliers (e.g., Digi-Key, Mouser, Arrow, Avnet, Allied)
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel & MS Office
