Elementary Education Teacher

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs.
- Monitor student behavior and maintain discipline in the classroom.
- Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student performance and address any concerns.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.

### Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred). Or 4 year degree in any field with teaching experience.
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children.
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and early childhood education methods.
- Proficiency in math and other core subjects taught at the elementary level.
- Experience in tutoring or mentoring students is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,560.00 - $33,600.00 per year
