Job Description:

Position: Elementary Principal (Principal/Division Head)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Master's Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in an educational leadership role
• Strong understanding of the Common Core curriculum framework
• Proven track record of effective leadership, strategic planning, and staff development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to foster a positive learning environment for students, teachers, and parents
