Job Overview – Elementary Teacher (Math & Reading)

Best Brains Spring Rayford is looking for a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our team! We are seeking someone who is patient, energetic, and especially skilled at working with younger learners (Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st grade, 2nd Grade).

Responsibilities:

• Teach Math and Reading to elementary students in a small group setting.
• Work with Pre-K and Kindergarten students, building strong foundations in early literacy and numeracy.
• Create an engaging, supportive, and positive learning environment.
• Provide individualized attention and adapt to each child’s learning pace.
• Encourage daily practice and communicate progress with parents as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Math and English/Reading at the elementary level.
• Previous experience working with younger children (Pre-K & Kinder) is a must.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to make learning fun.

Schedule:

• Wednesdays & Thursdays: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Additional opportunities may be available on Saturdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week

• Spring, TX 77386 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Spring, TX 77386: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
