Qualifications

• Education and Learning Required: Bachelor
• Minimum Mentor Experience: 1 year of teaching experience
• Significant: Bachelor's Degree; Key Education And Learning QTS

Responsibilities

• Be liable for the safety, health and well-being of children at all times
• Ensure full insurance coverage as well as access to the full curriculum
• Plan within the extent of the National Educational Program of England using encouraging sources and school-based systems
• Accept child-centered learning and develop a premium quality, rich, stimulating and enabling learning atmosphere including items that will capture students' interest and result in inquiry-based exploration
• Use assessment to identify next steps in learning by providing care or enrichment
• Make sure that learning is suitably distinguished so that teaching is pitched and all students are challenged at their current level of understanding
• Record evidence of learning based on the National Educational Program of England
• Guide the development of children's social behavior and socio-emotional health
• Model appropriate manners and responsibilities during meals
• Establish and maintain a purposeful learning environment
• Use mentoring strategies which capture pupils' interest and sustain engagement through abundant, captivating learning tasks and high expectations for all students
