We are seeking an Elite Property Specialist—a polished, driven, and market‑savvy professional who can deliver exceptional service to discerning buyers, investors, and high‑net‑worth clients seeking Abu Dhabi’s finest properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high‑quality property inquiries and conduct private, curated viewings
• Represent premium and luxury properties across Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious communities (Saadiyat, Yas Island, Al Reem, Al Raha, etc.)
• Deliver tailored lifestyle presentations, investment consultations, and community insights
• Build and maintain a portfolio of HNWIs, UHNWIs, and international investors
• Provide expert advisory on pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market trends
• Negotiate high‑value transactions with precision, professionalism, and discretion
• Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with exceptional etiquette, communication, and brand alignment

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, luxury property, or high‑ticket client‑facing roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work with discerning clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
• Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s premium communities is preferred
