We are seeking a polished and driven Premium Property Specialist to represent Abu Dhabi’s most desirable communities and deliver a refined, advisory‑driven experience to discerning buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote premium‑grade properties across Abu Dhabi’s top residential and investment communities
• Conduct tailored property tours, lifestyle‑focused presentations, and investment consultations
• Build and manage a portfolio of high‑intent buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
• Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and premium clients
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
• Uphold high standards of service, communication, and brand representation

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales, ideally within the premium or luxury segment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust with discerning clients and international investors
• Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, German, etc.) are an advantage
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s premium communities is preferred
