ELV Technician

ELV Technician ( Ready to Join Immediately) :

Job Description:

• Professional Expertise in CCTV Installation & Configuration, Installation of WIFI Systems, Gate Barriers, Structured cabling, Audio/Video Intercom Systems & Home Automation.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, Contractors & Consultant to understand their needs and preferences for seamless integration of ELV system that meet client specifications with affordable pricing within the budget.
• Should have complete end to end knowledge of site survey and preparation of BOQ.
• Ensure industry standards, codes, and safety regulations are met, while staying updated on ELV trends. Manage comprehensive ELV projects from design to completion, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, optimizing resource allocation.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning, providing technical guidance and issue resolution.
• Excellent supervisory skills to manage number of teams parallelly.
• Monitor budgets, identify cost saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to codes and regulations.
• Proficient in server-based systems, Milestone servers, video intercom, and networking.
• Supervise installations, tests, and system commissioning, ensuring high quality.
• Stay informed on wireless tech and industry trends, continuously improving practices.
• SIRA certification will be an added advantage.
• Planning & Executing the schedules as per the contractual requirements.
• Preparing the reports related to the operations.
• Following and Achieving KPIs & SLAs.
• Candidates on visit visa/ cancelled visa will be preferred.

Minimum Qualifications: ITI/ Diploma in Electronics /Electrical with Good Experience also preferred Minimum 3 years U.A.E Experience working with CCTV, Telephone, Access Control and Security Systems and Parking Systems.
