ELV Technician (Male)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ELV Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, and Structured Cabling. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper functioning of all systems, comply with technical standards, and support projects from installation to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, and Structured Cabling.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of ELV systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, as-built drawings, and site documentation.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and clients to understand system requirements.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Provide on-site technical support during system handovers and post-installation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Keep updated with the latest ELV technologies, standards, and practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ELV Technician or similar role in ICT, security, or building automation projects.
• Knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA Systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality procedures.
