ELV Technician

We are hiring an ELV technician who can follow up for Repair, maintain, PPM, site inspections, Reporting for ELV & Electronic systems.

Responsibilities:

Attend and solve all ELV & Electronic systems complaints received by the premise\'s occupant in a j short time and good quality work. ELV Electronic Technician to carry out fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, calibration and planned preventative maintenance of the ELV systems.

Principle Accountability:

1. Solves and attend all kind of ELV & Electronic systems complaints such as rectifying short circuits, replacement of ELV & Electronic systems components and equipment's (switches - sockets - contactors, relays), fiber optics, photovoltaics systems, telephone

networks/intercom, internet, IP CCTV systems, Security systems, Access Control System, Security Gates, Central Battery System, and Lighting control systems, and associated equipment.

2. In charge of any ELV & Electronic system must make inspections and assess potential problems. These professionals also recommend changes or upgrades to ELV & Electronic systems to increase productivity and functionality.

3. Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all ELV & Electronic systems.

4. Follow up with the all sub-contractor and inspect their PPM activates.

5. Create WIIO and follow up with the supervisor to complete the required job.

6. Generate all kind of reports, condition reports, renovation report.

7. Follows the preventive maintenance program planned by the engineer.

8. Reports to the in-charge engineer if any anomaly has been happened or observed to take immediate action.

9. Follows al the in-charge instructions to keep -- the - equipment)s well maintained -and in good working condition.

10. To exercise a personal duty of care for own and teams health, safety and welfare and for those affected by the acts or omissions and promote the same within their area of responsibility.

11. Ensure that a good HSOE and information security culture is promoted within the department and among peers.

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years' experience and having good hands maintenance working experience on the following systems - IP CCTV systems, Security systems, Security Gates, Central Battery System, and Lighting control system and associated equipment.
• Electrical/Electronic Diploma/Certificate, license, or equivalent is a MUST.
• Experience with Cooper Lighting Control System, Axis IP CCTV System, Level Access Control System, Ving Card Access Control System, Stent phone Intercom System, Automatic Systems Glass Turnstiles, Gate Barriers and Hydraulic Bollards will be advantageous,
• Work experience in the above similar ELV systems typically for around 2-3 years.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
