Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a skilled ELV Trainer to deliver hands-on and theoretical training in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The trainer will guide learners on technologies such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, Structured Cabling, and Public Address Systems, preparing them for professional careers in the ELV field.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and practical sessions on ELV systems.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations using ELV tools and equipment.
• Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Update and enhance course materials based on latest industry practices.
• Support curriculum development and improve training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience / Fresher in ELV systems installation, maintenance, or training.
• Strong ability to train and mentor learners effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certifications in ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm) are an advantage.
• Familiarity with safety standards and ELV tools.
