CCTV Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking an experienced CCTV Trainer to deliver professional training on CCTV systems and surveillance technologies. The trainer will provide both theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on sessions, equipping learners with the skills needed to install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training on CCTV system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Demonstrate the use of different CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and accessories.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Update course materials to reflect the latest CCTV technologies and industry standards.
• Assist in developing new training modules and programs related to security systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience / Fresher in CCTV installation, maintenance, or training.
• Strong knowledge of IP cameras, analog CCTV, DVR/NVR systems, and networking basics.
• Proven ability to teach and mentor learners effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certifications in CCTV or security systems are an added advantage.
