ELV/MEP Engineer

• Assist in Procurement: Support the procurement team in sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing ELV systems and components, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, intercom, and public address systems.
• Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing supplier relationships and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of ELV equipment.
• Document Management: Help in maintaining accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Cost Tracking: Assist in monitoring procurement budgets and help with tracking expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Market Research: Conduct basic market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and technologies in the ELV sector.
• Inventory Assistance: Support inventory management tasks, ensuring that materials and systems are available as needed for ongoing projects.
• Support Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure all procurement activities meet project specifications and timelines.
• Quality Control Support: Assist with the inspection and quality checks of ELV systems and equipment before delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Procurement, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in procurement, ELV systems, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarms, etc.) is a plus.
• Procurement Skills: Experience with vendor coordination, sourcing products, and understanding procurement processes.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
• Proficiency: Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with procurement software is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ELV standards and industry regulations.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems or tools.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
