CCTV Engineer

job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CCTV Technician and Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and security surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience in camera setup, networking, and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance of security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test CCTV systems (analog/IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs).
• Plan and route cables, set up network connections, and ensure proper power supply and connectivity.
• Integrate CCTV systems with company networks and manage remote access configuration.
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades to ensure operational efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, cabling, and connectivity issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, system configurations, and service reports.
• Ensure all installations are done according to safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and training to clients or staff on CCTV system operation.
• Stay updated with the latest CCTV technology trends and security best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in CCTV installation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, routers, switches, and network cabling.
• Hands-on experience with DVR, NVR, and IP camera setup.
• Knowledge of access control systems, alarm integration, and other security systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
