Role Overview

As an Email & Account-Based Marketer at Wolken, you'll be the strategic force behind our most targeted and high-impact outreach efforts. You won't just send emails, you'll architect personalized journeys that turn high-value accounts into loyal clients. From crafting irresistible email sequences and newsletters to running DM campaigns and hyper-targeted LinkedIn ads, you'll own the full funnel of account-based marketing. You'll identify the right accounts, engage the right decision-makers, and deliver the right message at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing: Build, manage, and optimize email sequences for lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns
  • Newsletter Creation: Write, design, and deploy engaging newsletters that keep our audience informed and connected to our brand
  • DM Outreach Campaigns: Execute personalized direct message campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms to start meaningful conversations with prospects
  • LinkedIn Ads: Plan, launch, and manage targeted advertising campaigns on LinkedIn to reach specific accounts and decision-makers
  • Lead Generation: Identify and build lists of high-value target accounts, research key contacts, and develop outreach strategies
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs), map decision-making units, and develop personalized content and outreach for each key account
  • Campaign Analytics: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, continuously optimizing for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and creative teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and business goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in email marketing, ABM, or a similar demand generation role
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience running LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write personalized, engaging outreach messages that get responses
  • Understanding of lead generation strategies and tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly
  • Knowledge of ABM fundamentals (more than a buzzword—you understand account selection, multi-channel engagement, and personalized nurturing)
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
