About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Email Campaign Expert with 2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1.Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools.

2.Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, on-time campaigns.

3.Segment and target audiences effectively for maximum engagement and conversion.

4.Test email content, subject lines, and send times to optimize performance.

Monitor campaign metrics and prepare reports to assess success and areas for improvement.

5.Ensure all campaigns comply with email marketing best practices and legal requirements.

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

2.Minimum 2 years of experience in email campaign execution.

Proficiency in tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.

3.Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email templates.

4.Good understanding of deliverability, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

5.Excellent communication and coordination skills.

6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

7.Experience with A/B testing and automation workflows.

8.Familiarity with API integrations for campaigns.

9.Knowledge of CRM platforms.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
