Email Campaign Strategist

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Email Campaign Strategist with strong expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will plan, craft, and execute impactful email campaigns that engage diverse audiences, nurture client relationships, and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement B2B and B2C email marketing strategies to generate leads, nurture clients, and boost conversions.
• Write and design personalized email content tailored for business professionals (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C).
• Create, maintain, and optimize multiple email templates for different purposes — including cold outreach, newsletters, promotions, drip campaigns, and re-engagement.
• Segment email lists to deliver targeted and relevant content to industries, decision-makers, or specific audience groups.
• Set up and manage automated workflows such as welcome sequences, abandoned cart reminders, follow-ups, and reactivation campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, visuals, CTAs, and layouts to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe rate) and optimize based on insights.
• Ensure full compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and global data privacy regulations.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience in B2B and B2C email marketing
• Strong command of email marketing platforms and automation tools
• Ability to design, test, and optimize email templates for different audiences
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and workflow automation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement
