Job Description:
We are looking for a customer support representative to handle email, live chat, and social media queries professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate must be a good communicator, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer issues.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service operations.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduation completed).
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in live chat, email, or social media customer support.
  • Skills: Excellent written English, good typing speed, and customer-handling skills.
  • Location: Islamabad (on-site).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
