Email Marketing Specialist (𝟐-𝟑 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬’ 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞)

𝐎𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 (𝐃𝐇𝐀 𝐑𝐚𝐡𝐛𝐚𝐫, 𝐋𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞)

𝟐-𝟏𝟏 𝐏𝐌 (Monday to Friday)

We’re hiring a results-driven Email Marketer with proven experience in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation. This role is for someone who understands the full BD cycle and can independently drive growth.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Plan and execute email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns

- Generate, qualify, and nurture high-quality B2B leads

- Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and follow-ups

- Use BD and automation tools to scale outreach efficiently

- Manage and update CRM pipelines and sales data

- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align growth strategies

- Conduct market research, ICP definition, and competitor analysis

- Track KPIs such as open rates, reply rates, conversions, and revenue impact

- Mentor juniors/freshers and guide them on BD best practices

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬:

- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Growth

- Strong knowledge of Email Marketing & LinkedIn Outreach

- Hands-on experience with tools such as:

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Apollo / Seamless / Snov / Clay (or similar)

- Smartlead / Instantly / Lemlist (or similar)

- CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.)

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Experience of business development in Software QA/Testing domain is a plus
