Position: Email Marketer

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audience segmentation, automation, and performance analytics, with the ability to craft compelling messaging aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies and campaigns
• Create engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and lifecycle campaigns
• Manage email automation workflows (welcome series, drip campaigns, re-engagement, etc.)
• Segment audiences to deliver personalized and targeted messaging
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing (subject lines, content, timing, CTAs)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability)
• Maintain and improve email list hygiene and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align messaging
• Integrate email campaigns with CRM and marketing tools
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing (2–5+ years preferred)
• Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech industry
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
• Knowledge of deliverability best practices and spam regulations
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
