About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Associate to plan, execute, and optimize impactful email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with email marketing tools, automation, segmentation, and analytics to create high-performing campaigns that boost engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Write compelling subject lines, CTAs, and persuasive email content.
• Segment audiences for personalized and relevant communication.
• Set up automation workflows (drip campaigns, lead nurturing, etc.).
• Track key performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance email performance.
• Ensure compliance with global email standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align content and visuals.
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.

Required Skills & Tools Knowledge

• Proficiency in tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue (Brevo), Zoho Campaigns, or ActiveCampaign.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Good understanding of audience segmentation and automation workflows.
• Analytical mindset to track, interpret, and improve campaign metrics.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
