Email Marketing Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate / Junior Email Marketing to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn email marketing fundamentals while contributing to impactful campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.

You will support the planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns, working closely with content, design, and data teams to ensure timely and relevant communication with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns
• Support audience segmentation based on engagement, behavior, and demographics
• Help build and maintain automated workflows and nurture campaigns
• Perform basic A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times
• Track campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and share insights
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure proper list hygiene
• Follow email marketing best practices and compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Coordinate with internal teams to support deliverability and campaign execution
• Stay updated with emerging email marketing tools and trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience or strong interest in Email Marketing / Digital Marketing
• Basic understanding of segmentation, automation, and analytics
• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred)
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to email verification or deliverability tools (e.g., ZeroBounce, NeverBounce)
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead nurturing funnels
• Interest in B2B, SaaS, or data-driven marketing
• Awareness of email authentication concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Creative mindset with an interest in testing and optimization
