Email Marketing Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Location: Industrial Estate, Ph 2, Multan

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that help generate leads, engage subscribers, and support overall marketing goals.

You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions through effective email communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and send engaging email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms
• Design visually appealing and well-structured email templates (basic design skills preferred)
• Write engaging subject lines and email copy that align with brand voice
• Segment and manage email subscriber lists to ensure effective targeting
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, bounce rates, etc.)
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content and design
• Maintain and grow email databases while ensuring data quality and compliance
• Coordinate with the content and design teams for campaign materials
• Stay updated with email marketing best practices and trends

Requirements:

• Basic experience or understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging email content
• Basic understanding of marketing funnels and email automation
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and laptop/PC for remote work

Previous experience in email marketing is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
