Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote software products, services, webinars, and events.
• Manage and segment the email subscriber database to target customers effectively based on behaviour, interests, and lifecycle stages.
• Develop and optimize email workflows, automation, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to craft engaging email content, visuals, and CTAs.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve subject lines, content, and send times for higher engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates).
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
• Work closely with the sales and product teams to align email campaigns with product launches and lead generation goals.
• Continuously analyse campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B IT or SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, automation workflows, and lead nurturing.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email templates (basic knowledge preferred).
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, SEO, and digital marketing best practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
