Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for a skilled Email Marketer to join our digital agency in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. This is a night shift position, requiring expertise in email automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
• Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs for improved open and click-through rates.
• Implement email automation and drip campaigns for nurturing leads.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance using KPIs like open rates, CTR, and conversions.
• Maintain and grow email lists, ensuring proper segmentation and hygiene.
• Work with the design and content team to ensure high-quality visuals and copy.
• Stay updated with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable).

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a digital agency.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment.
