Job Description

We are seeking a competent, talented, and professional Email Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation for our digital marketing and web services. This is a remote / work-from-home opportunity for candidates who are passionate about digital outreach, proactive in generating leads, and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for services such as SEO, Web Design & Development, Social Media Promotions, and PPC.
• Generate qualified leads through bulk email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
• Create and manage prospect databases, ensuring proper segmentation for better targeting.
• Build 100–200 email IDs, manage outreach lists, and ensure high deliverability.
• Research potential clients through search engines and professional networks.
• Write and prepare engaging email marketing templates (in collaboration with content writers).
• Stay updated with best practices to prevent spam issues and improve open/click rates.
• Draft and send email marketing proposals to prospects.
• Meet lead generation targets consistently and hand over productive leads to the sales team.

Requirements

• 6 months – 5 years of experience in lead generation via email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and other online portals.
• Strong knowledge of data extraction techniques and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Apollo.io, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to design and execute creative email campaigns with high response rates.
• Excellent written communication and persuasive proposal-writing skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
