Email Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Email marketing manager to take the lead with our email marketing strategies. Main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and creating newsletters.

As an Email marketing manager, your role is to reach customers through email campaigns and inform them about new products and events. Applicants should be able to promote our brand and ensure our customers stay in touch with our company updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end email/text marketing campaigns, from conceptualisation to delivery and analysis.
• Create engaging and compelling email content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice, including engaging copy, appealing visuals and persuasive calls to action.
• Segment and manage email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and personalised communication based on customer demographics, preferences and behaviour.
• Design visually appealing email templates that are responsive across devices and browsers.
• Identifying opportunities for email/text optimisation and implementing A/B testing to analyse performance metrics to optimise campaign effectiveness and engagement rates.
• Monitor and study email campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), such as email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions and ROI.
• Stay updated with the industry trends and the best practices in email/text marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all email marketing campaigns comply with relevant regulations like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data protection laws.
• Drive Sale campaigns around the year.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to ensure email marketing aligns with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Email marketing manager or Digital marketing specialist
• Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• An ability to work under tight deadline
• Knowledge of Getresponse, MailChimp, Aweber etc.
