About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Email Marketing Specialist with strong technical expertise in email marketing platforms, campaign management, and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional campaigns, drip campaigns, and product updates.
- Manage end-to-end campaign scheduling, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Build and optimize email automation workflows for nurturing prospects and driving engagement.
- Develop strategies to generate MQLs through targeted campaigns and collaborate with sales teams to align qualification criteria.
- Segment audiences effectively to deliver personalized and relevant content.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and layouts to maximize engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve CTR, open rates, conversions, and MQL generation.
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email regulations.
- Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and lead handover.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong expertise with email marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Proven track record in creating and executing campaigns that generate MQLs.
- Hands-on experience with automation workflows, lead nurturing funnels, and CRM integrations.
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, or other digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with data enrichment tools and lead scoring.
