Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns (cold outreach, drip campaigns,

and newsletters).

● Manage and optimize lead-nurturing workflows to increase engagement and

conversions.

● Build and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.

● Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.

● Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

● Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align messaging with company

objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Proven experience in email marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing.

● Familiarity with tools such as Instantly and Dripify (experience is a strong advantage).

● Strong understanding of email deliverability, open rates, and conversion optimization.

● Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics.

● Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred:

● Experience in the construction, SaaS, or B2B services industry.

● Knowledge of CRM platforms (PipeDrive, HubSpot, or similar).
