Job Title: Email Executive

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive business results.
• Create compelling and personalized email content to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize future strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Improve automation and personalization within email marketing efforts.

Deliverables:

• Increase email distribution to three emails per brand per week.
• Send Instant Valuation Tool (IVT) emails bi-weekly and execute quarterly valuation week campaigns.
• Implement mortgage anniversary emails for financial services quarterly.
• Dispatch new e-zine trigger emails once a month.
• Use AI tools to draft personalized and efficient email content.
• Enhance trigger journeys with three additional automated email sequences per brand.
• Develop new email templates for property roundups, Personal Agent updates, and third-party referrals.
• Analyze email campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Ensure all emails comply with industry policies and best practices.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on email performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital communications.
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, automation, and AI-driven personalization.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience ensuring compliance with GDPR and email marketing best practices.
